the theater degree programs, and choreographer for the University

W. Rick Schilling
(M.F.A., Kent State University)
is the Department's Associate Designer, and an adjunct faculty member for the
theater degree program. In addition to his design responsibilities, he also
supervises the Costume Shop and is responsible for front-of-house
operations during performance events. He has taught courses in Acting,
Oral Interpretation and Introduction to Theater.

Todd Dicken
(M.F.A., Kent State University)
is the Department Production Manager, and an adjunct
faculty member for the theater degree program. He is responsible
for the daily operation of the theater production facilities, and Scene
Shop, where he supervises student crews in the construction of scenery
and the running of performances. He is also responsible for load-ins of
traveling shows, and the general oversight of theater facilities when
they are used for non-theater events.

Michele Lepore Hagan
(B.F.A., Ohio University)
is the Director of the Fine and Performing Arts Series. She is
responsible for all the publicity and public relations tasks associated
with the University Theater season, including ticket sales, house management, and the
immediate supervision of the theater box-office staff.

Jenny Young

University)
is the secretary for
the Department of Theater and Dance. She is responsible for the
supervision of the department office and student assistants, including all
associated clerical functions, and assisting department faculty and
staff in various day to day activities. She also keeps the appointment schedule
